Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

No Warranties. West Technologies & Consulting disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will West Technologies & Consulting's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless West Technologies & Consulting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Law and Venue. WA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in WA.
